Harlow 9" Modern Industrial Farmhouse Pendant Light

We bought these Kira Home Harlow pendants for the kitchen while continuing to search for our ideal lights. Six months later, we've realized these are the ones we want. Finding the right size, style, and quality is difficult, but these fit perfectly. Clear glass and black hardware give a clean, modern look, and the quality exceeded our expectations. They feel substantial while keeping the kitchen open and bright. Cleaning is the only drawback: the glass shape makes reaching inside awkward, and clear glass shows dust and fingerprints. That's minor compared with how much we enjoy them. We no longer want to replace our supposed temporary solution.

The appearance is why I'm giving two stars. I ordered two finishes to see what matched my faucet; the first was too dark. Delivery was then delayed twice, disrupting a tight filming schedule. When it arrived, the glass had a bubble and broken edges at the top that could cut someone. Normally I'd return it, but I was already behind schedule and needed to use it. That's upsetting, especially since it costs more than competing fixtures but has poor quality. I'd avoid it.

Our kitchen counter area is so much brighter now. Love the shape of the glass — no shipping issues or damage. Easy to install, and good value for the money.

I can't find any instructions on how to remove the glass to clean it. A year later, and it's just gotten so ugly. How disappointing — something that started out with the hope of being lovely.

Easy to install, and a forty-watt bulb lights it very well.
