Southern Charm with Chic Interior!

PAL Constructors is a boutique builder in New Orleans. They focus on building new construction spec homes. All of their designs mimic the historical style architecture of the neighborhoods they build in, with some modern finishing touches. The bright exterior colors are super fun and yield the most unique Southern charm that makes New Orleans so special!

We love the interior design and color scheme they’ve chosen. We are only a little envious of the lucky home owners that will be living there🙂.

They selected Kira Home’s Enzo Outdoor Wall Light as the design is simple and timeless, and the up and down light projection at night really makes the homes pop!

In their lovely kitchen, they used the super popular design that’s the same as our Inara Pendant Light in a gold / brass finish. Unfortunately, they bought from a different source because they didn’t know we offer that design at amazing prices for Kira Home Pro customers. That, however, has now been corrected 🙂

During construction, like every builder in the world, they experienced building material and labor shortages. But because the management is local and hands on, they were able to navigate through the difficult waters.

The end result of cute and fun colored exterior with chic interior is simply amazing. We are happy to be a part of this process!
