Luna 9" Modern Integrated 18W LED (180W eq.) Flush Mount Ceiling Light

I love the light, but its LED has already died after only five months. We switch it off whenever it isn't being used, so it hasn't been left running constantly.

These are very high quality lights! Made of heavy frosted glass and sturdy metal, they're dimmable and have a switch inside to adjust the color temperature between three options. You can't see the individual LED bulbs since the glass gives a soft, diffused look, and the metal accent makes them a bit more unique than a standard flat flush mount. I think they're a great fit for any modern, minimalist style. My contractor easily installed two in my hallway, controlled by three switches, one of them a dimmer. I was worried they might be too heavy, but our old standard ceiling boxes hold them up just fine. They did have to fiddle with the dimmer wiring quite a bit, but that was an issue with my house wiring, not the lights. Installing a third one in a different hallway with a single dimmer switch went super fast. Highly recommended — seriously high quality.

The low profile and black finish look modern and elegant with our decor. I like being able to choose from 2700K to 5000K; we settled on 3500K for a balance of warmth and brightness. Installation was easy, and the built-in color selector is useful. The frosted-glass diffuser softens the light and reduces glare, creating a welcoming feel. It's excellent for a hallway, and I could also see it in a kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom. A great mix of style, function, and energy efficiency. Highly recommended.

Very nice, with thick, solid-feeling glass. My husband found installation easy, though he never reads directions, so I can't judge those. It's very bright and has made a huge difference in my large walk-in closet.
